A $2,000 Dryer Should NOT Sound Like This

If I could return this unit, I absolutely would. I purchased this for my small laundry business, and this was actually my first Whirlpool appliance. I chose Whirlpool specifically because they offered a dual-dryer commercial unit, which Samsung did not.
Unfortunately, this will likely be my last Whirlpool appliance.
I spent around $2,000 on this machine, in addition to the cost of installing a new gas line and venting specifically for it. Because of the installation requirements, I wasn't able to have it installed immediately after delivery and unfortunately fell outside Home Depot's 48-hour appliance return window.
Once installed, I began having an intermittent, extremely loud high-pitched screaming noise from one of the drums. At first it was only one drum, but now both drums are doing it. Sometimes the dryer runs normally, but other times the noise is so loud that it is genuinely painful to my ears.
For a commercial dryer that cost around $2,000, this is incredibly disappointing. I purchased this expecting commercial-grade reliability, and instead I'm dealing with a machine that I can't even comfortably be around when it's operating.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I now feel ridiculous having to potentially pay out of pocket for someone to come diagnose and repair a machine that appears to have had a manufacturing or component issue from the beginning. I understand warranties have terms and conditions, but when an expensive commercial appliance develops a serious mechanical issue like this, I don't think the customer should feel like they're being punished because the problem wasn't discovered immediately after installation.
I've also spent over an hour trying to get help from Whirlpool regarding the warranty, only to be transferred three times between departments. I ultimately had to hang up without getting the information or resolution I needed.
I'm extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service experience. I chose Whirlpool specifically because I trusted the brand and wanted a reliable commercial machine for my business. Unfortunately, this purchase has been a $2,000 disappointment.
