You hear people say it all the time: "I love my phone." "I love my new car." They're not talking about romance of course (we hope), they mean the quality and convenience the new device adds to their lives has actually made their lives appreciably better.
A fridge is a fridge. It's a cold box for storing food. How different can they possibly be?

I can tell you with certainty, going from a freezer on top two door "standard" fridge to this 4-door beauty is a galaxy apart. The French doors make everything accessible, especially for a tall guy like me (6'3"). I can see everything and I can reach everything easily. But so can my 5'4" partner. Her much shorter arms have no trouble reaching every corner. The LED lighting is bright and leaves no dark areas. The glass shelves help this.
Everything is adjustable.
The best part? No external water dispenser! I simply did not want to run a water line. Nor did I wish to constantly be changing water filters or dealing with an ice dispenser likely to be the first thing to break down. I did not a dispenser hanging out there for everyone to try at least once. This is one of the few refrigerators I could find with all the features we wanted (French doors, snack drawer, freezer drawer) and no external dispenser.
It even beeps if you miss shutting the door all the way.

Have only had it for about a month, but really enjoy it. Water and ice both taste great. Temp seems to be consistent, and produce is staying fresher than old fridge.

This fridge is beautiful to look at inside and out and very functional. I personally wish the ice maker took up a bit less room in the freezer, but other than that, there is nothing I would change.

I have an Airbnb and this fridge with its smart capabilities is great. It sends me a text when the fridge door has been left open. It also has a chime that sounds if you leave it open. The water on the inside of the door is also a great feature since it leaves the front of the door nice and sleek. The design is great with multiple drawers and the ice maker is nice where you can easily just pull the tray out to dump the ice in a bucket. I host parties at my house and this fridge is a dream! Even though it's counter depth, the drain is so good it feels like a full size fridge. It's awesome!

just not my favo appliance. its like they just didn't think everything quite out. broke after one year warranty was over and they wanted 1600 to repair. they don't have time to fix it for weeks and it's been two months with no freezer. buy a cheaper freezer!

I recently purchased a Bosch series 800 refrigerator. I had researched the 800 series appliances for a kitchen remodel and had pretty much settled on them.
Fast forward and we had a refrigerator fail and we're 12 months from doing the remodel. I had done my research and the one thing that came up was the temperature consistency and the reliability.
When the refrigerator was delivered, the delivery man said it was the heaviest he'd ever seen. Fantastic cooling and a huge ice tray. It's not the largest refrigerator, but perfect for our home. The next two appliances will be a dishwasher and double ovens...

We have finally found the best fridge after going through two refrigerators by a different manufacture. I love so many things about our Bosch 800 Series. I love all the drawers in both the freezer and refrigerator. I love the built in ice maker that makes almost like a triangle ice cube. I love how quiet this refrigerator is and how I can easily adjust the temperature. If you are looking for a dependable refrigerator, the Bosch 800 series should be at the top of your list!!

I bought this based on Bosch's great name. What a mistake. This refrigerator makes noise like an old 1950's refrigerator. I called Bosch, because I thought it had to have something wrong with it. The Bosch repairman came to my home and told us that it's just a noisy refrigerator. THEN HE SENT ME A BILL. What a load of bull! I can't believe that Bosch made such a terrible refrigerator. It SO noisy!

I adore this fridge. The separate drawer with customizable temperature settings is extremely convenient for easy access to snacks and drinks. I also love the way the filtered water dispenser is inside of the fridge giving the outside a completely sleek appearance. 10/10 recommend.

It is not often that anyone cannot find a flaw in a kitchen appliance. This refrigerator fits the flawless category. From the refrigerators overall appearance, to its functionality everything works better than advertised. At 71 years old, I have owned numerous refrigators, this one is far and away the best.

I shopped refrigerators for almost 2 years before buying this Bosch. I like having the flex drawer, but it also makes it easier to access those items in a full-width drawers that are common in the French door style. The bins will contain leaks unlike the fridge I replaced. The interior is attractive and spills are easily wiped up. The shelf standards are streamlined so vertical space is not lost when tall items have to be strategically placed (another issue for my old unit). Not having an ice & water dispenser also yields more space and flexibility in the fridge. The bottle holder is also streamlined but very useful. The other 2 accessories are marginally useful. I do wish that the door shelves could be positioned slightly further apart since a quart of milk just does fit on the middle shelf. The freezer is adequate but is limited as all French door fridges are.

I had to replace my Thermador built-in frig after a pipe broke. I worried about stepping down in size and changing from a side-by-side model. After using my new Bosch frig for a month, it has exceeded all of my wishes. I actually prefer the Bosch to my old frig. Moving the water and ice off the door has been a serious plus. Love the clean lines and the ice bin holds so much more ice. The overall design of the frig is fantastic. I find the space to be so much more usable than my side-by-side.

So far seems well built and performing to expectations. Love the drawer as a wine chiller. Arrived with poorly installed top panel that had to be "fixed" by the installer, but that seems to not be an issue with appliance performance.

We decided to replace our 1990's model GE refrigerator and after carefully assessing the reviews and specifications we decided on the BOSCH French door. It's actually a little more than we needed, but better too much than too little. The plastic bins in the refrigerator and freezer compartments seem a little lightweight but overall the unit seems sound structurally. Other than the sound of the ice maker discharging, the unit makes no noise. We will probably never use the WiFi feature. Being dinosaurs, we find such a feature useless. As we have had the unit for less than two months, we really can not rate it for reliability, but the performance to date is excellent. Can't figure out how the bottle holder is supposed to work.

I waited for over six months for this refrigerator. I absolutely love it. The temperature controls are perfect. The middle drawer is the best . It is temperature and humidity controlled so I don't have to worry about food spoiling I've actually had a head of lettuce lady for 2 weeks !!The freezer section is wonderful I love the icemaker I have had no problems and have had more than enough ice to last me for about three days.
I have more than enough room in this refrigerator and it seems as though I have never been able to fill it up. I would wait again to have this model.

Love the refrigerator and everything about it. It works well for us. If you have a large family the freezer drawer is not as big as it looks if you store a lot of frozen items. My only real complaint is I have been trying for over a month now to get a replacement water filter for it. Call Bosch twice It is still on back order

I am so very impressed with the Bosch refrigerator. You can certainly tell food is lasting longer and the temperature is very stable. I have the one with the real handles and love them. The ice maker works very well. I have had a bottom freezer before and the drawer system in this one is excellent. Inside the refrigerator, the shelves and door shelves are such that I know they will last. My only wish was that the meat and cheese drawer was easier to roll out and was made a little differently, maybe two drawers side by side instead of one long one.
Other than that, this refrigerator gets 5 stars!

We have had our new Bosch refrigerator for a month or so now and we are very pleased with it. It is very quiet. The only noise we hear is the water refilling the ice and occasionally some ice falling. No motor sounds at all. It does show finger prints but the handles do not so it stays very clean looking. I love the produce drawer. No more frozen produce! We have also found that we like the ice in the freezer drawer more than on the front of the refrigerator. The water spicket inside is very convenient and fills our water quickly. Over all, very pleased with this purchase.

The look of this fridge is super sleek; the drawers are solid. It's as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. It makes PLENTY of ice. The water dispenser can be a bit cumbersome for the kids to use, but they are getting the hang of it.

We have had our Bosch refrigerator for about 14 months and still love it. Organization and customizability help to maximize the space of this counter-depth fridge. Temperature control is great in all comparments. Beautiful in our Kitchen. I have never liked a refrigerator more.

Okay, I admit it: I am embarrassingly in love with my Bosch refrigerator...When my gorgeous Bosch refrigerator arrived, my partner commented, "Whenever you feel depressed, just look at your fridge." (And believe me, I do; and traded him in for the fridge.) The theater lights, the middle drawer, the water dispenser, the three freezer drawers; never have I had such a beautiful, functional refrigerator! I am in heaven, every time I look at it! It makes my whole kitchen elegant and European. Every visitor who comes--whether they are prepared, or not--gets a "tour" of it. I must be gentle with them; because this, I realize, is true: they're all ridiculously jealous.

We have been searching for a couple years for a good fridge. The dual compressor is what made us pick this model but it turned out to be amazing in so many ways. The ice maker and water dispenser not being in the door was a concern, but we perfer this so much better. The water fills quickly and is super cold. The ice it makes is always easy to break up and you have a full tray of it at all times. Nice size that fits in any water bottle.
The middle tray 100% keeps food longer, especially fruits and vegitables. We originally thought it would be a good snack drawer for the kids, but we are putting all fruits and veggies in there and they keep much, much longer than our old fridge.
My only very minor complaint is that the slide out door in the main area feel very flimsy. You need to pull it out on both sides. With everything else so premium, this one part is just a bit of a let down.

Worth the money. It's quiet, it keeps consistent temperatures (using my own smart temp guage to track temps), lot of storage options. The 4th drawer is highly recommended. Very useful. My only complaint is the smart app doesn't do much. I wish it would provide you current temps of the fridge, it only let's you change the temp setting.

Not a lot of choices during pandemic & thank God! This is amazing & I don't regret spending a bit more--so worth it! An engineering feat! Best internal water dispenser; powerful stream, rapid fill, fits all containers. The Bosch filter makes the water & ice taste so very pure. And the middle produce drawer is out of this world. With the Bosch fresh protect system you won't be wasting $$ by throwing your rotting produce out -- so thankful now that it's only 2 of us at home. There is nothing as good as this fridge--I've never loved a fridge before, until now. The exterior is truly stainless so there are no hard to clean prints on it ever! Very versatile glass shelving & easy to clean, plus unique extra innovative shelves to squeeze a few more items in. It fits everything & then some, even though it appears at first look as if it won't. You will be pleasantly surprised like we were & tout this fridge too! It has a wonderful menu at top of fridge when doors open with so many settings & ones yoy never knew you needed. With the app you are notified if you left the door open or if your ice bin is full so you can turn it off. You can reorder your filter supplies via app or via phone to their most friendly & helpful customer service people--and it arrives quickly! I'll never own another fridge!

Initial impressions after a few days of ownership:
1. The main fridge compartment is very difficult to arrange to accomodate open wine bottles (esp. tall ones with a cork in them.). You can place them in the door, but then you have to remove one of the door bins because there's not enough flexiblity to fit a bin on top of the bottles. So that's a waste of space.
2. Shelves are NOT sprillproof. Look nice and frameless, but it's a fridge! Spills, leaks happen. Potentially a lot of messy clean up if something leaks all over.
3. Fully loaded, the doors don't close easily. You can't just slam them shut with an elbow when your hands are full, like I'm used to. In fact, you can't even push them shut easily - have to put in extra effort to get a full seal.

Moved from old Sub Zero to Bosch and very happy with the transitions. Shelves are sturdy and flexible, temp control is perfect (I have a little wifi temp sensor) and the whole thing just works well and feels sturdy.

This refrigerator exceeds my expectations. I previously had a Thermador but this is better. There's plenty of room for storage. The fresh food storage drawers are great, although they do get too cold for lettuce storage. The freezer has plenty of room for our needs. I would highly recommend.

Very happy with the quality. It's perfect for a 1-2 person househiold. Just the right amount of storage. I wouldn't recommend it for a large family unless you have a second fridge/freezer. The middle drawer makes it so easy to put away and access my produce and The produce seems to be staying fresher longer. I avoided the indoor ice dispenser since I hear it's a bad idea whe the freezer is on the bottom. Thought I'd t was going to be an inconvenience, the lack of in exterior door water/ice, but it has not bother me at all. In fact it may actually be faster to scoop out the ice and I no longer picking up ice that's fallen in the ground. My only complaint is that the doors need a little more force to make sure they are actually shut. I find that don't shut it properly once a day. Good thing for that door alarm and the app. It could be an issue if the household has peope that aren't diligent about making sure it's shut. All in all. I am happy with it and have no buyers remorse.

Replaced a 6-year-old refrigerator and noticed the upgrade benefits immediately. Better interior lighting, better. More reliable door closing, more room, a lot more room in the same footprint and nearly the same height, much quieter.

I love this fridge for 3 main reasons:
Cafe doors on top
Ice maker in freezer on bottom of unit and water inside the fridge (these locations have been shown to be least likely to break per my research)
The middle flex drawer for beverages (or whatever you like) we keep it stocked and love the easy access

This is absolutely without a doubt the best fictional & beautiful looking refrigerator we've ever purchased. From ice maker & ice shape & water inside refrigerator to the fresh produce drawers. Produce definitely stays fresher longer
The only thing I wish it had was hinges that would of allowed us to push the fridge farther back the way we thought it would. Being that the door hinges aren't the type needed the doors can't open all the way because the door hits the wall. Counter depth is great but didn't realize the hinges are wrong type to fit flush like a built in style. That's our oversight but absolutely love the refrigerator/freezer. Well eventually replace our other appliances with Bosch as needed.

I love everthing about this fridge. The space, the design, and even the quality. My only complaint is the water dispeser. The fridge looks nice and sleek without having it on the outside, except you have to leave the door open while you fill glasses, etc. and some pitchers, kettles, and other items dont fit under the spout and require you to instead hold your finger under it while holding the container. That can be a big pain. Especially doing it each morning for my coffee kettle.
