Bosch 100 series is a nice range with many nice features and simple to use.
It looks great, performs well and the cooktop is easy to clean up.
It heats up quickly, has a spacious oven and we enjoy cooking with it.

This new Bosch is very sleek and fit my counter perfectly. I used it on the first day it got delivered and it holds the temperature like it is supposed to, and cooked my ribs evenly and perfectly.

Have had this less than 2 months.
Bottom drawer is always off track - Every time it is used!
The glass top is hard to keep clean AND already has spots around the burner? - see photo
There is a scratch on the top of the burner knobs.
I cook every day but I expected a little higher quality. I have all Bosch appliances in the kitchen. :(

• Heats quickly, cools slowly. Temperature is accurate.
• Advice (as one does with any new range): Compare oven temp with separate oven thermometer
• Audio alert such as the moment when the oven has reached the preheat temp and when bake time is reached, is faint compared to other ovens I have used. Please amplify the alert or allow the user to set the volume on alerts. Some folks may be harder of hearing than others.
• Storage drawer is large enough to store unused oven racks as well as (separately acquired) broiler pans.
• Warming center (a great feature) on cooktop passed the melted butter test (i.e. keeping butter in melted but not over-heated state)
• Instead of two large burners in the front, the cooktop would be much more useful if one of the burners in the front could allow the user to select either a larger burner circumference or a smaller one. Sometimes, a smaller burner is the only one needed. (Tea for two, for example.)
• Oven door projects into the room a bit more than I expected, but is not obtrusive for my galley kitchen.
• The oven shuts off when the timer reaches the set time. The user should be the one who cancels the bake, not the oven, unless Bosch gives the user an option to shut off when the oven timer reaches the set time. I do not use the oven timer.

We've had ours for a month or so. It looks great and has the modern features you expect. It does seem to run a little hot so use caution as you get used to it. I do have to say my biggest criticism is the low power on the alarm for the timer. It is laughably quiet. I hope someone from the Bosch product team reads this. Maybe a software update would help?

Unfortunately, this is the second new stove I needed to purchase in 2025. The first one, from the lonely repairman brand, was so defective that it stopped working after 4 months, couldn't be repaired, and then was eventually bought back by the manufacturer more than 6 months later. (That was fun.)
After that nightmare, I decided to move further up and ordered this Bosch 100 Series, sight unseen. I made a great decision. This is a quality product. Everything about it works incredibly well, and we are especially enjoying the dedicated pizza mode.
What can I say, other than it just works perfectly, cooks to perfection every time, and looks great too!
The only minor drawbacks are that the timer beep is so quiet as to be useless, unless standing directly in front of the range. The other would be that the oven racks are not very rigid. They noticably flex under a lasagna being cooked in a 9x13 glass dish, which is a bit concerning when it comes to the holiday demands of cooking a turkey. Still, I'll cross that bridge when it comes.
This is truly a great range. I would definitely buy it again, but don't believe I"ll have to for many, many years to come.

We have been using our stove since 12/08/25. At first we were very impressed. The stove top cooks great, it boils water fast and holds the temperature while cooking. The glass top seems to scratch very easy and things burn into the surface and are hard to clean. In todays technology you would think that not happen so easy. The overn comes up to temperature fast and bakes quite well. The things we do not like is the oven ready buzzer is so low can hardly hear it even when working in the kitchen. The oven racks I feel the slots are to far apart. It tends to bend when you put a 3 qt. or more casserole dish on the rack. The lower storage draw is very cheap, it is hard to pull out it tends to bind while pulling it out and sliding it in. This happeneds with it empty or with oven pans in it.

The cooking surface does a good job on heat control on burners. The over comes up to temperature fast. The volume for the temperature set is very low even when it is set to high. You have to be standing right next to it. The oven racks are cheap it had a little bend with a 3 Qt casserole oven disk cooking a pot pie. The storage draw is hard to slide empty or with pans stored in it made very cheap. The cook surface has baked on stains already that are not coming off. I think over all it cooks fine but gave it a low review do to the listed issues.

Oven is inconsistent for baking. One pan of cookies takes 12 minutes, the next burns in 8. Pies overdone on top while crust is underdone.

I am very disappointed in this appliance. The bottom drawer is poorly made and does not open or close easily. Had I seen the product prior to purchasing it, I would not have bought it. I expected a higher and better product from Bosch.

If there is any noise in the kitchen (hood fan turned on, cooking sounds...) the beep to indicate that your timer ended can't be heard. I've got the VOL config setting set at the highest level (3).

Works and looks great!! I love the automatic fan that it provides when cooking avoiding over heating. My main concern when looking into purchasing a new range was making sure knobs needed to be pushed in to turn on as a precaution and this range provided that feature.

First let me say Bosch doesn't even offer a gap filler kit. The preheat and timer sound is barely audible. I don't know what they were thinking. Not sure how I am supposed to hear when the timer and the range has finished preheating. They also cheaper out on the top burners. They could have made one a duel burner, but decided not too. Had I known about how low the sound of the timer and preheat would have been, I wouldn't have purchased this range. My old kitchenaide that we replaced after 23 years cooked a lot quicker.

The oven is great. The knobs on the front for the burners are also nice and easy to use. However, I do not like having all the small burners in the back. It would be nice to have one small burner in the front and one large one in the front. The bottom drawer is made of very thin tin and the slides are made of very poor plastic which makes the drawer very hard to slide in and out. This isn't the quality from Bosch I ecpected to get. If I ad seen this range on a showroom floor I wouldn't have purchased it. I recommend that anyone interested in purchasing this range to see one in person.

We now have an all Bosch appliance kitchen with the recent purchase of the HEF1050MU electric range.
When shoping for a new range I was surprised that the 100 series had so much to offer for the price. We have only had the new range for a little over one month, but so far it has performed perfectly. The only minor complaint, and it has been identified in other reviews, is the oven timer is not very loud. Even though the oven does turn off when it the programmed baking cycle is complete, the well insulated oven holds the heat so missing the timer could add minutes to baking cycle.
With that said, I would strongly reccommend the purchasing of the 100 series for those in the market to purchase a new electric range. The many features along with durability it offers should be anyone's first choice.

I really love my new stove. It is simple to use and has everything I need. The oven heats up so quickly it is amazing. When I set it to 400 ° it takes only 4 minutes. The stove is the same, it comes very fast to a boil. It is so easy to use. You don't have to be a computer engineer to use it. I love to bake sourdough bread and this is the best oven I have ever used. I had a Samsung before and I would not recommend it.

This range has been a game changer in my kitchen since the moment we brought it home. First off, I was blown away by the sheer number of features which were included in the user manual, that it made me excited for home cooking again because I wanted to try out all the new features. Some of my absolute favorites are:
1) Fast heating of the cooktop. Where to begin with this...our previous range seemed to take forever for the cooktop elements to heat up, and even then the heating seemed very uneven. At low settings, the largest burner always ran hot and I never felt comfortable walking too far away. This Bosch 100 Series however has restored my faith in my appliances and their ability to cook evenly across all temperatures.
2) The oven features. I have never seen so many different pre-programmed options in an oven before, and it just astounded me everything I could do with this one oven.
3) Cleaning options. Maybe I've been living under a rock for the last 10-15 years or so, but all I've ever known with cleaning is either using harsh chemicals or risk burning my house down with the self-clean option. This oven is a first for me in that it offers a Steam Self-Clean option. Not only do I feel safter using it, but it's also quicker clocking in at only 30 minutes. And, it safe to use more regularly for light soiling so the oven stays cleaner, longer..and I'm not waiting until it's a health hazard to run a cleaning cycle.
4) Design. I can't talk about Bosch without mentioning how well the clean lines and simple design fit into my space.
The only thing that I have to say that would even come off as negative is the timer alarm notification. Even though you can set the volume on the chime, when I have other things going on in the kitchen, like running my vent when cooking, the chime gets lost in a lot of the other noise. I would like it if I had more of an option to make it louder. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever with this unit.

Nice range with many nice features. I like the convection or bake choice. The timer buzzer could be a little louder. I have it on the loudest setting and still can hardly hear it when I'm standing near it. Also the oven handle could be more streamline. My range in next to an angled cabinet and I need to make sure it is pushed tightly against the wall to get a 1/4 inch clearance to open the drawer next to it. It would also be nice to have a dual burner as a front burner. The small burners are in the back so if I use the larger burner in the front for a smaller pan, there is a lot of exposed hot burner

The BOSCH 100 is a great overall stove. I especially like the warming spot on the back middle, as well as the extra large burner on the front. If I could make one improvement, it would be to add a dual-burner size option for one of the front burners. The oven has a great rapid heat setting as well.

I have had my new range for about a month, and so far, it has been great. The oven preheats very quickly and cooks evenly. I have also used the air fryer setting a couple of times and it gets chicken nice and crispy. The oven is also large for the size of the range. One little feature that I love is that the oven light turns on when you open the door. It is a small feature that makes a big difference.
The burners in the cooktop heat up very fast. It is so nice to not have to wait for the burner to come up to temperature.
The cook top is easy to keep clean. I have not had to clean the oven yet.

It ended up being a bit of a surprise how many valuable features this range has and how nice it looks. There are a few things that it might be missing, but overall this does a really solid job, especially for it being "only" a 100 series. It feels like Bosch was more concerned with performing the most important tasks correctly while still looking good, instead of focusing on adding every bell and whistle but underperforming.
I immediately loved how understated and clean the range looked between our cabinets. We have an 800 series microwave installed directly above the range, and I was very happy to see that the design is plenty similar such that nothing looked odd between them. The front controls look really nice versus the rear controls that I'm used to, and having more of the wall visible was a bit odd at first, but it grew on me quickly. At some point we will probably install some backsplash to make it feel less naked and to protect the wall.
The range came with all of the main oven features that we care about: convection bake/roast, rapid pre-heat, proofing, and air-fry modes. We primarily use the rapid pre-heat and convection baking, and they seem to do a very good job. It's also more than spacious enough for anything we expect to use it for. My only complaint in regards to the oven is that the device's cooling fan is a bit loud. This range also does not have a warming drawer, but it's not really something we use so we don't miss it.
We use the cooktop significantly more than the oven, and we're overall pretty happy with the performance of the cooktop. We actually enjoy the front-mounted control knobs, which are a lot easier and quicker to tune than the buttons on our old unit. Not having to reach over the hot food to make adjustments was a welcome change that we never thought about. The available power from the 4 main burners seems sufficient, though a little more power would always be welcome. The burners also have no adjustable sizes, which was a bit disappointing to realize. There has been a bit of a learning curve in rearranging items on the cooktop to best utilize the correct size of burner.
The control interface has enough settings that we don't feel like we're missing anything, but is simple enough that we didn't struggle learning to use it whatsoever. We're all pretty tall, so the angle of the display and controls is a bit low for us, but it hasn't been too bad. Overall the design and interface is really nice. A small complaint I have would be that certain sections of the metal sheets get a little bit warped; a slightly thicker gauge of metal would be welcome, but I understand it's a tradeoff for the price. It's not very noticeable, so it's certainly not a dealbreaker.
Overall, we quite enjoy this range and are impressed with the design and features for the price point. I would easily recommend this unit for anyone that is price-conscious but doesn't want to make compromises in quality and performance.

Nice looking range with many features for cooking specific items like pizza or frozen foods. I also like that it heats up quickly and there is a lot of space in the oven. There are different burner sizes. Unfortunately the smaller burners are in the back. I miss the feature on my old stove to have dual burners for the front burners since those are more accessible. If your range is in a tight or angled space, the handle on the oven is large and squared off instead of angled like many ranges I now have a 1/4 inch clearace to open the drawer next to my range. I need to have the range tight to the wall to make sure I can utilize my drawers next to it.
